How To Enter:
- Contestants should hand in their artwork (42 cm × 29.5 cm) together with a completed registration form to CCC no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 2011.
- The judging panel will choose 20 finalists from each age group.
- The 40 finalists will participate in the “World Heart Day” drawing competition to be held at the CCC on October 23, 2011.

Colour & Tools:
- Contestants should bring their own colouring tools and equipment
- A3-sized (42cm × 29.5cm) white drawing paper will be provided by the organizer to all finalists.
Notes:
- All submitted artwork must be original; plagiarized works will not be accepted.
- Once submitted, right to use and/or publish the artwork belongs to the organizing committee.
