Yoga class

Instructor: Peggy Leung

Ms Leung specializes in the Hatha Yoga style. This style is considered a foundation of Yoga and benefits include increased flexibility, strength, balance, and inner peace. Instruction will be given on poses, simple breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Further to her recent yoga teaching in Hong Kong, Ms Leung will conduct her classes in Cantonese and can also communicate with both English and Mandarin speakers.

Beginner Level is suitable for those who have attended only a few yoga classes (suggested: less than 10 classes) or those without any experience. Intermediate Level is suitable for those who have attended some yoga classes (suggested: more than 10 classes).
