The Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto is one of the largest Chinese cultural centres in North America. One of its unique features is the Asian Business and Culture Development Centre, the ABCD. The Centre offers an impressive range of facilities for conferences and other forms of public assembly..

Discounted rate is available for non-profit and student organizations.

  1. Catering: Should catering services be desired, CCC's contracted caterer should be engaged.
  2. Extra Rental Charge: An additional charge of $100 per hour will be applied to bookings on Sunday and after office hours.
  3. Non-Profit Rate: Non-profit rate is applicable to registered non-profit organizations with valid non-profit registration number.
  4. Student Rate: Student rate is applicable to student organizations booking for student activities and functions only.
  5. Insurance Policy: The tenant shall and must provide a certificate of insurance and include the landlord and addtionally insured.
  6. Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is needed for janitorial service upon request. CCC will have to deduct the janitorial charge from the security deposit for additional cleaning works upon unsatisfactory inspection on the rental facility after the rental date.
